About MushAura

MushAura was built from a simple frustration: functional coffee often came with too much caffeine, too much noise and a taste that made the daily ritual feel like a compromise.

I’m Adrian Grant, a 3x World and European Champion and Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist. For two decades, I competed at the highest level in squash, where consistency mattered. Energy spikes, digestive discomfort and mental fog were not minor inconveniences when performance was expected every day.

I trained hard, ate carefully and trusted products marketed as clean and functional. But I still found myself relying on high-caffeine coffee and products that often felt overstimulating, overcomplicated or unpleasant to drink.

I tried mushroom coffee, but I could not find a formula that matched what I wanted: lower caffeine, a smoother and more palatable taste, and an ingredient foundation that felt more substantial than another standard mushroom blend.

I wanted something I could genuinely enjoy as part of my day not force myself to finish simply because it was functional.

That starting point was Himalayan Shilajit.

MushAura was built around Shilajit first, with functional mushrooms and purpose-selected ingredients in support. The result is a smoother, lower-caffeine coffee ritual with just 15mg of caffeine, no sweeteners and no earthy grit.

Every part of the formula has a role. Shilajit provides the mineral foundation. Functional mushrooms support the wider ritual. Coconut powder helps create a smoother, creamier finish. The caffeine level is intentionally controlled.

Our aim is not to add ingredients for the sake of a longer label. Every ingredient must have a clear role, contribute to the experience and earn its place in the formula.
