Refund & Return Policy
Founders Trial Orders
The first pouch included in the MushAura Founders Trial is complimentary with a valid trial code. Customers pay a flat $10 shipping charge for orders of up to three pouches.
Because the first pouch has a purchase price of $0, there is no product charge to refund on the complimentary trial pouch.
The $10 shipping charge is non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where the order is lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you add additional paid pouches to your Founders Trial order, those paid items are covered by the return terms below.
Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our product, we accept returns only on unopened and unused paid products in their original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, email info@mushaura.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send a return without receiving approval and return instructions from us.
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, email info@mushaura.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
After reviewing the request, we may issue a replacement or an appropriate refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Complimentary Founders Trial pouches
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior approval
- Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
This does not affect replacements or refunds for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was not delivered.
