Refund & Return Policy

First-Time Buyer Guarantee

Trying something new shouldn’t feel like a risk — so if you’re not satisfied with your first pouch of MushAura, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll offer a partial refund or replacement to make things right. Your feedback also helps us improve.


Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, email info@mushaura.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@mushaura.com with a photo and details. We’ll replace the item or issue a partial or full refund depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Orders delivered over 30 days ago
